39th Shoot

Todays shoot took place at Birminghams "The Custard Factory" as it has a large street art culture with some interesting vintage and thrift shops dotted around. It's was built just over 100 years ago by Sir Alfred Bird (the inventor of custard) as a river side factory for custard which was in full use until the early 1980's. Because it was so close to the city centre it drew in a lot of interest from the growing art culture in the area and even though there was a different use for the area the name remained the same. I want to revisit the area in a better and busier day as it has a huge skating and graffiti society which makes it the perfect place for some sport photography.
